Solara Active Pharma Sciences has received Rs. 149.49 Cr as the first call money on 1.14 crore partly paid-up rights equity shares, increasing the paid-up amount from Rs. 3.50 to Rs. 7.00 per share. The paid-up capital now comprises fully and partly paid shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. Call money on about 6.09 lakh shares remains unpaid, and the company will take steps to list and trade the converted shares. This strengthens the company’s equity base and facilitates better capital structure management.
