TCPL Packaging Limited — Important, 06-05-2025: General Updates

TCPL Packaging has announced a board meeting to approve the 100% acquisition of Accura Technik Private Limited, a new company set up to manufacture engraved gravure cylinders. This move will establish a high-tech facility in Silvassa with an annual capacity of ~12,000 cylinders, enabling vertical integration of TCPL’s supply chain. It aims to boost print quality, cut reliance on external vendors, and generate additional revenue by supplying outside customers. The facility is expected to be operational by Q3 FY2026, strengthening TCPL’s operational control and tech capabilities.
