Piramal Enterprises has announced a board meeting on 6th May 2025 approving consolidated financial results for FY25. The group swung to a net profit of ₹485.45 Cr from a ₹1,683.53 Cr loss last year, with total income rising to ₹10,611.86 Cr. Finance costs increased to ₹5,281.88 Cr. The company received ₹925.79 Cr from AIF reversals, cutting regulatory provisions to ₹1,096.89 Cr. A final dividend of ₹11 per share was proposed. Piramal Finance shifted from Housing Finance Company to NBFC-ICC. A merger involving subsidiaries was approved, effective 1st April 2024, and filed with the tribunal. Net debt-to-equity stands at 2.86x, with total assets at ₹94,943 Cr.
