GP Petroleums Limited has formed a 50:50 joint venture with West Coast Oils LLP to manufacture specialty bitumen products like Polymer Modified and Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen. Both partners will invest equally through equity and may provide unsecured loans at 12% interest.
