Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Net debt edged up slightly, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 1.30. The board appointed M/s Upendra Shukla & Associates as secretarial auditors for three years.
