eMudhra Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

eMudhra has announced a board meeting on May 6, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue surged to INR 5,278 Cr from INR 3,800 Cr last year, while net profit grew to INR 872 Cr from INR 763 Cr. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share. Strategic moves include acquiring Two95 International Inc for $10.1 million and merging Sendrcrypt Technologies into eMudhra Inc to boost its cybersecurity offerings. A new ESOP/RSU plan for 24 lakh shares was also approved, subject to shareholder greenlight.
