eMudhra Limited — Important, 06-05-2025: Updates

eMudhra reported consolidated revenue of INR 527.8 Cr and net profit of INR 87.2 Cr for FY25, showing healthy growth from the previous year. EPS stood at Rs. 10.41. The company acquired Two95 International for US $10.1 million and merged Sendrcrypt Technologies. It also launched CERTINEXT INC in the US, expanding its global footprint. A final dividend of Rs. 1.25/share is proposed. The board approved an ESOP/RSU Scheme to grant up to 24 lakh shares to employees, subject to shareholder approval.
