Ekansh Concepts Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹39.32 Cr, down from ₹43.40 Cr the previous year. It posted a net profit of ₹1.92 Cr compared to a loss of ₹3.30 Cr in the prior year. The board accepted the resignation of CFO Heeralal Agarwal, who will remain as Whole-Time Director, and appointed Mahesh Birla, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, as the new CFO effective immediately. M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
