BSE Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BSE has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹2957.34 Cr, with net profit soaring to ₹1317.06 Cr, nearly double the previous year. EPS came in at ₹96.17. A total dividend of ₹23 per share was proposed, including a special ₹5 dividend celebrating BSE’s 150th year. The company completed acquisition of full control over Asia Index Private Limited and agreed to divest BSE Institute Limited. New appointments for secretarial and internal audit strengthen governance further.
