Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025. The company’s Independent Director, Mr. Om Parkash Singal, completed his two consecutive terms and will retire. Mr. Ketan Chokshi, a seasoned Chartered Accountant and law graduate with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial restructuring, has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The Board has reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees accordingly. Additionally, Ms. Pooja Ponda has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective May 31, 2025, citing personal reasons.
