Piramal Enterprises has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹11 per share. Standalone revenue for FY25 reached ₹2,257.94 Cr with a PAT of ₹503.73 Cr. Adjusted regulatory provisions for Alternative Investment Funds stood at ₹1,096.89 Cr after reversals. Its subsidiary, Piramal Finance Ltd, transitioned from a Housing Finance Company to an NBFC-Investment & Credit Company, backed by a ₹600 Cr equity infusion via a rights issue.
