Nureca Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with clean auditor opinions from BSR & Co. LLP. Singhi & Co. has been appointed as the new statutory auditors for five years, replacing the retiring auditors, pending shareholder approval.
