The company reported standalone revenue of Rs. 1146.40 million and net worth of Rs. 1917.38 million. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Nureca Technologies Private Limited, posted revenue of Rs. 228.14 million and net worth of Rs. 53.94 million. The board approved an in-principle merger of the subsidiary to boost efficiency and simplify the group structure without affecting shareholding. M/s Singhi & Co. was appointed as the new statutory auditor for five years, replacing M/s BSR & Co. LLP. Key directors were reappointed, and internal and secretarial auditor changes were also approved. The 9th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
