Piramal Enterprises has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership appointments, including the re-appointment of Independent Directors Suhail Nathani, Anjali Bansal, and Kunal Bahl for five-year terms. Ajay Piramal will continue as Chairman until March 2027. The company plans to appoint N. M. Raiji & Co. and Chhajed & Doshi as Joint Statutory Auditors, and N. L. Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, strengthening governance and oversight.
