Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting on the approval of its audited consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25. Revenue inched up 1.4% YoY to Rs. 7,496.7 Cr, while EBITDA slipped 4.8% to Rs. 974.1 Cr. Profit before tax dipped 1.7% to Rs. 907.4 Cr. Strong exceptional gains of Rs. 629.5 Cr from asset sales lifted net profit after tax to Rs. 1,021.2 Cr. The board approved a dividend of 375% (₹3.75/share), steady from last year. Both decorative and automotive segments held ground amid challenges, with positive industry outlook supported by monsoon expectations.
