Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 net revenue rose 4.7% YoY to ₹1740.4 Cr, while EBITDA edged down 0.7% to ₹177.8 Cr. For FY25, revenue increased 1.4% to ₹7496.7 Cr, but EBITDA fell 4.8% to ₹974.1 Cr and PBT before exceptions declined 1.7% to ₹907.4 Cr. Decorative paints demand is gradually recovering, with Automotive and Performance Coatings showing strong growth supported by benign raw material costs and forex volatility. Dividend stable at 375%, including 125% special.
