Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-05-2025: Record Date

Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting on 30th June, 2025, for the AGM and dividend payout. The register will be closed from 24th to 30th June for AGM and dividend eligibility. The board approved a 375% dividend (Rs. 3.75/share), including a 125% special dividend, same as last year. Dividend will be paid on or after 5th July to shareholders registered by 23rd June.
