Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alembic Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue increased to Rs. 6,672 Cr from Rs. 6,229 Cr last year, with profit before tax rising to Rs. 707 Cr (Rs. 632 Cr in FY24). Net profit came in at Rs. 583 Cr, slightly lower than Rs. 616 Cr a year ago. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 11 per share (550%). New statutory and secretarial auditors have been appointed for the next five years. Operations recovered well post last year’s flash floods, aided by insurance claims.
