NHPC Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-05-2025: Issue of Securities

NHPC is issuing unsecured, redeemable non-convertible bonds worth Rs. 1945 Cr at a fixed 6.86% annual interest rate. These 15-year bonds will pay interest annually and start principal repayment six years after issuance, spread over 10 years. The bonds will be listed on BSE’s and NSE’s Wholesale Debt Market. The funds raised will be used to support NHPC’s ongoing financing requirements.
