Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited — Important, 06-05-2025: General Updates

Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting for its Annual General Meeting and dividend approval. The Board proposes a total dividend of 375% (Rs. 3.75 per share), including a special dividend of 125% (Rs. 1.25 per share), consistent with last year’s payout. Dividend payouts will begin after 5th July to shareholders registered by 23rd June.
