EPL Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. EPL has boosted its stake in its subsidiary EPL Packaging (Thailand) by investing 12.87 million Thai Baht (~Rs. 3.29 Cr) in 1,28,700 shares. EPTL, set up in early 2025 and not yet operational, aims to grow EPL’s presence in Thailand’s laminated tubes market. This strategic move enhances EPL’s Southeast Asia footprint and supports long-term growth, while retaining nearly full ownership at 99%.
