Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved a fresh grant of 1,14,632 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to selected employees under the RSU Plan 2022, exercisable into equity shares at face value. So far, 1,69,524 RSUs have vested, 1,11,099 exercised generating Rs. 1,11,099, and 3,69,299 RSUs have lapsed. The diluted earnings per share after these exercises stand at Rs. 8.24 (not annualized).
