Navin Fluorine International Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: Capacity addition

Navin Fluorine is expanding capacity with a Rs. 120 Cr capex to manufacture Chemours’ Opteon™ two-phase immersion cooling fluid, targeting AI-driven data center cooling. The project, expected by Q1 FY27, is funded 35% by the customer and the rest through debt and internal accruals. This move strengthens Navin Fluorine’s focus on high-growth specialty chemicals with sustainability and efficiency advantages.
