Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, a promoter entity of Emami Limited, has created a pledge of 2.22 crore shares (5.11% of total share capital) as per an agreement with Bajaj Finance Limited. This has increased the total pledged shares held by Diwakar Finvest to 2.42 crore shares (5.55%). No other promoters or promoter group individuals reported any pledging or unpledging activity during the period.
