AVI Polymers Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Patel Nishit Yogeshbhai as Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Ritu Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, both effective immediately. Their predecessors, Mr. Mitesh Bhupatbhai Meghani (CFO) and Ms. Monika Parth Shah (CS), resigned with effect from the close of the same meeting. Mr. Patel brings 10 years of experience in financial strategy and compliance, while Ms. Tiwari is a qualified Company Secretary with over 8 years’ experience in corporate law and SEBI matters. The company's corporate office address has also changed to Anand, Gujarat.
