Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd — Updates, 07-05-2025: Company Update

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited has announced the incorporation of Refex CBG SPV (Madurai) Limited as a step-down subsidiary through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Refex Green Power Limited. This SPV, with a paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh, will establish a 250 TPD municipal solid waste-based bio-CNG plant in Madurai under a 20-year PPP DBFOT arrangement. The project cost is estimated at ₹78.54 Cr. The SPV is 74% owned by Refex Green Power and 26% by consortium partner Spectrum Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd. This expansion aligns with the company’s focus on renewable energy infrastructure.
