Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries has announced a board meeting on which it noted the completion of tenure of Independent Director Mr. Om Parkash Singal after two full terms. Mr. Ketan Chokshi, a fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial restructuring, has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the reconstitution of key committees. Additionally, Ms. Pooja Ponda has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective end-May.
