The group posted revenue of Rs 2,919 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs 16.7 Cr for the year. An exceptional impairment charge of Rs 15.3 Cr from a KFC store closure and subsidiary losses hit earnings. Operating costs climbed due to inflation. Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Alwyn Jay & Co. are set to be appointed as auditors, pending shareholder nod. Puneet Bhatia resigned as Head of Business Development, succeeded by Nandita Bapat Avadhoot. The company is focusing on expanding its restaurant footprint while maintaining a strong cash position.
