LLOYDS ENGINEERING WORKS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Lloyds Engineering Works has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped 21% YoY to Rs. 755.78 Cr, EBITDA surged 34% to Rs. 145.23 Cr, and PBT rose 30% to Rs. 130.02 Cr. The order book expanded 45% YoY to Rs. 1,315.38 Cr, with execution expected within 15 months. A final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share has been proposed. The board also appointed M/s. Mitesh J. Shah & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years.
