Sapphire Foods India Limited — Updates, 07-05-2025: Press Release

Sapphire Foods has announced a board meeting on FY25 revenue growth of 11% and EBITDA growth of 4%, led by strong KFC India and Sri Lanka performances. KFC India surpassed 500 restaurants with 11% revenue growth but saw Restaurant EBITDA margin dip 240 bps to 17.3%. Pizza Hut India grew 5% amid brand revival efforts but had a negative Restaurant EBITDA margin of (4.6%). Sri Lanka posted a 14% local currency revenue rise and a 170 bps improvement in Restaurant EBITDA margin to 15.4%. Net profit stayed weak due to exceptional impairment charges.
