RattanIndia Power Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: General Updates

RattanIndia Power's Amravati plant delivered strong operational performance with 78% PLF and 82% availability in FY25. Q4 revenue reached a record ₹936 Cr, driven by better generation and coal quality. FY25 revenue stood at ₹3,677 Cr, slightly below last year. PAT jumped to ₹124 Cr in Q4 from ₹3 Cr in Q3, supported by improved operations and ₹23 Cr from power exchange sales. Regulatory recoveries added ₹68 Cr. Thermal power remains crucial amid rising power demand and peak loads in Maharashtra and India.
