HB Stockholdings Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HB Stockholdings Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 7th May 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025. The group swung to a net loss of Rs. 1201.38 lakh from a profit of Rs. 3753.51 lakh last year, mainly due to losses on fair value changes and equity derivatives. The board proposed a dividend of Rs. 4 per share, pending shareholder approval. Mrs. Anita Jain joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Internal and Secretarial Auditors were re-appointed for 2025-26.
