HB Stockholdings Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HB Stockholdings has announced a board meeting on 7 May 2025 where it approved audited consolidated results for FY25, reporting a net loss of Rs. 120.14 Cr compared to a profit of Rs. 375.35 Cr last year. Total income plunged to Rs. 155.08 Lakhs from Rs. 4442.70 Lakhs. A dividend of Rs. 4 per share is proposed, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Anita Jain joins as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Internal Auditor M/s Marv & Associates LLP and Secretarial Auditor Mr. A.N. Kukreja were re-appointed and appointed respectively, both pending member nod.
