Nazara has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary Sportskeeda Inc. is acquiring intellectual property rights of wrestling platforms ITR Wrestling and TJR Wrestling for up to USD 1.25 million (~INR 10.5 Cr). This deal boosts Nazara’s foothold in the US combat sports content market and aims to expand direct sales via combined audiences. The acquired businesses generated revenue of about USD 722,438 in 2024, with payment to be made in cash.
