APL Apollo Tubes has announced a board meeting on approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to ₹20,690 Cr with a profit before tax of ₹960 Cr and net profit of ₹757 Cr, translating to an EPS of ₹27.28. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹5.75 per share (287.5% on ₹2 face value) subject to shareholder approval. Plans for a ₹1,500 Cr capex over 3 years were approved to boost capacity from 4.5 Mn Tons to 6.8 Mn Tons. CMD Sanjay Gupta will forgo his remuneration and commission for FY25 and FY26.
