Nureca Limited has announced a board meeting outcome featuring key strategic moves. The Board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit opinion. A merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nureca Technologies Pvt Ltd, into the parent company was given in-principle approval to simplify operations. M/s Singhi & Co was appointed as statutory auditors for five years from the next AGM, replacing the retiring auditors.
