Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Fedbank Financial Services Ltd. has issued a demand notice to borrowers Om Sai Security & Facility Management and co-borrowers for overdue loan amounts totaling approximately Rs. 1.07 Cr and Rs. 8.7 lakh. The loan was classified as a non-performing asset on 14 April 2025, and failure to repay within 60 days may lead to Fedbank exercising its rights to take possession and recover dues through secured assets. Jayraj Nagar CHS Ltd. has notified that Flat No. D/102's ownership transfer application to Mr. Deepak Bhavanji Nagda will proceed unless objections arise within 15 days.
