LGB Forge Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The board approved the appointment of M/s. P. Eswaramoorthy and Company as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved the re-appointment of Smt. Rajsri Vijayakumar as Managing Director and Sri A. Sampath Kumar as Whole-Time Director for three years, pending shareholder consent. The Annual General Meeting will be held via video conference.
