Blue Star has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue crossed Rs 12,000 Cr, up 23.6%, with net profit (before exceptional) rising 40% to Rs 581 Cr. Q4 revenue grew 20.8% to Rs 4,019 Cr; net profit rose 21% to Rs 194 Cr. Strong demand in Room ACs driven by a harsh summer boosted sales and inventory buildup. Electro-Mechanical Projects and Commercial AC segments posted solid growth, while Professional Electronics faced challenges. Net cash position remained healthy at Rs 640 Cr. Dividend set at Rs 9/share.
