Blue Star Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: General Updates

Blue Star has announced a board meeting on August 6, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 consolidated revenue rose 23.6% YoY to ₹11,968 Cr, with PBT at ₹785 Cr and net profit ₹591 Cr, driven by strong margin gains. Growth was led by electro-mechanical projects and unitary products. Standalone revenue reached ₹11,326 Cr with PAT of ₹485 Cr. A final dividend of ₹9 per share is proposed. Healthy operational cash flows support ongoing capex and dividend distribution.
