Satin Creditcare has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹2,594.69 Cr with a net profit of ₹186.13 Cr and EPS of ₹16.92 for the year. The board approved appointing DPV & Associates LLP as Company Secretaries for five years, pending member approval. To fuel growth, they raised the loan and corporate guarantee limit for subsidiaries Satin Housing Finance and Satin Finserv from ₹200 Cr to ₹350 Cr.
