Kamdhenu Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs. 198 Cr, supported by 12% volume growth at owned facilities and 5% at franchises despite a slight drop in average selling prices. Profit Before Tax increased 1% YoY to Rs. 23 Cr; adjusted for a prior one-time provision reversal, underlying PBT rose 26%. Royalty income from the franchise model grew 8% to Rs. 139 Cr, aiding capital-efficient expansion. The company remains net debt-free with strong RoCE at 25.5% and RoE at 19.2%, and declared a dividend of ₹0.25/share.
