Sonata Software Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sonata Software has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue climbed 17.9% YoY to ₹10,157.2 Cr, even as EBITDA dipped 5.2% to ₹689.3 Cr. PAT jumped 37.6% to ₹424.7 Cr, driven by tight cost control and operational efficiency. International IT Services revenue inched up 5.6% to ₹2,829.7 Cr, with Q4 EBITDA rising 8% QoQ. Domestic Products & Services saw strong growth of 23.4% to ₹7,340.6 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹4.40 per share and appointed a new secretarial auditor.
