Hindustan Composites Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Composites has announced a board meeting on 7th May, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a net profit of Rs. 35 Cr, marginally up from Rs. 34.4 Cr last year, on total income of Rs. 334.13 Cr. A dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (face value Rs. 5) was declared. The board re-appointed internal and cost auditors for FY26 and greenlit a Rs. 4.8 Cr capacity expansion in railway brake blocks, adding 75,000 units monthly to cater to rising demand.
