Somany Ceramics Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Somany Ceramics has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (150% on Rs. 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. The company expanded its activities to include renewable and non-renewable power generation. Mr. Anuj Kalia was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, while Grant Thornton Bharat LLP will serve as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26.
