Sonata Software Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: General Updates

Sonata Software has announced a board meeting on May 7, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY’25 consolidated revenue grew 17.9% YoY to ₹10,157 Cr, with PAT up 37.6% to ₹425 Cr. International IT Services revenue rose 5.6% YoY to ₹2,830 Cr despite a slight QoQ dip; EBITDA margin improved QoQ by 1.9%. Domestic Products & Services revenue surged 23.4% YoY to ₹7,341 Cr. A final dividend of ₹4.40 per share (440%) is proposed, subject to shareholder approval.
