Voltas Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Voltas has announced a board meeting on the approval of its audited consolidated financial results for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped 24% to ₹15,737 Cr, with profit before tax surging 145% to ₹1,191 Cr, and net profit up 236% to ₹834 Cr—its highest ever. Quarterly revenue grew 14%, with net profit doubling to ₹236 Cr. The Unitary Cooling segment led growth with 30% revenue and 36% volume gains, boosting AC market share to ~19%. Electro-Mechanical Projects turned profitable with a ₹169 Cr segment result. A dividend of ₹7/share was approved. UAE branch slump sale is in progress, and a new Secretarial Auditor has been appointed for five years.
