Shanti Overseas (India) has announced a board meeting approving the shift of its registered office within Indore. The board appointed Mr. Digvijay D Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Ashish Kumar Naik as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval. Ms. Ramita Otwani resigned as Company Secretary. The company approved selling its entire stake in SOIL Consultech Private Limited, ending its wholly-owned subsidiary status. Several promoters were reclassified as public shareholders, and a postal ballot for key director appointments was also approved.
