Thermax has raised its stake in Thermax Bioenergy Solutions (TBSPL) from 65% to 76.97% via a Rs. 13 Cr equity infusion. TBSPL, focused on TEPC for Bio-CNG projects, has clocked a turnover of Rs. 312.63 Cr since 2022. This investment boosts liquidity and supports growth in the expanding bioenergy sector, enhancing Thermax’s position in clean energy.
