Vishwanath Mahendra is appointed Whole-time Director for five years, bringing 30+ years in finance and actuarial health insurance roles, while Ankur Kharbanda joins as Whole-time Director to lead Sales & Distribution with over 20 years’ experience. Vipul Sharma replaces the outgoing Chief Risk Officer, adding his 20 years in financial services and risk management. The board approved issuing 63.1 lakh ESOPs and appointed new auditors to reinforce governance and support future growth.
